We have no control over the policy of that business or company and any refund or cancellation of services should be referred directly to that particular business.
Digital products such as e-books and e-informational products that are instantly downloadable electronically do not carry any refund period unless otherwise stated. Once they are downloaded they are deemed to have been used. In the event of not receiving the download after purchase for any reason contact should be made via the Support email or form provided on purchase.
